Where the data comes from
Company lists and end-of-day prices come from the exchanges' own files: NSE and BSE equity lists and the daily bhavcopies (delivery data from NSE). Intraday quotes and index levels come from Yahoo Finance and may be delayed by up to 15 minutes; valuation ratios and annual and quarterly financials are also taken from Yahoo Finance, and shareholding from exchange filings.
